You are requested to make a delayed declaration by means of the Sagitta code book for freight handling in the evenings and during weekends. We will then take care of customs clearance. Upon your request, we will keep in touch with your client, on your behalf.

If you do not have a weekend service, we will take care of the complete (express) export consignment. We will pick up the shipment, draw up the airway bill, take care of customs clearance and deliver to the air carrier for shipment.

We support and assist drivers with, for example, delivering for shipment and customs clearance. We can also assist with problems concerning customs clearance and help finding a solution. Our employees can be called upon within 30 minutes from your request. Of course, it is more practical to inform us in advance. In this case, your driver, and therefore the shipment, will be unloaded sooner, as a result of which you will save on overtime surcharge.

We also completely relieve you of the accompaniment of all your valuable shipments. Our specialised employee will supervise the shipment all the way, without losing sight of it for a single moment. Your shipment will be accompanied for as long as you want, for example until the plane concerned is airborne. Next, you will be informed of the location of the pallet and the time of departure. Your receiver may take care of the same accompaniment on the place of arrival. Additionally, we take care of accompaniment right up to the delivery address by means of accompaniment of trucks with valuable freight.

Of course, we are also at your disposal during ‘normal' office hours. For this purpose, we have created AFH Airport Services. These services can be called infinite: from small deliveries for shipment to inspections, taking care of document rounds to customs inspections, dispatching of documents from your fellow forwarding agent for customs clearance until the goods have been unloaded.

We also guarantee this service at night and during weekends.
